This custom Brasada Ranch home was designed to save a juniper tree estimated to be over 1,000 years old, which is centrally located on the property. The front of the home tucks in and wraps around the juniper tree making it a focal point as you walk up to the entrance. The front also features an L-shaped covered porch, in the old western style, where you can enjoy the morning sun as it rises over spirit rock. As you enter the front door and step into the living room, you’ll be met with a spectacular view of the cascade mountain range, which can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, kitchen and large deck. Off the entrance is a private office with open beamed ceiling.

The living room is open to the dining area and large kitchen, with high ceilings and stone work, including a wine closet.
